seeking 32GB RAM with a focus on stability, I noticed videos comparing 3600 C18 and 3200 C16. The 3600 tends to offer better FPS but sometimes causes random stutters and lower performance at 10% and 1%. I’m looking for low-profile options like Corsair LXP or HyperX Fury, which also help with CPU bottlenecks. I’m leaning toward the 3600 C16 as it seems more reliable for consistent performance.

You don’t have to rely on the 10700K’s memory speed—3200 should work just fine. Also, the need for low-profile RAM isn’t clear; it might depend on your specific setup or requirements.

It's happening in DeepCool Assassin 3 with the case blocking it, but the next thing you need is an AIO. They usually make more noise though.

You can simply change the fan direction by moving it from front to back and then back to front.

It could definitely influence CPU performance, and given your budget constraints, a C16 chip might be the most practical choice.

In theory, no—using an exhaust fan at the back is likely better off with it switched to intake, while flipping one on the front can serve as a substitute.

3600MHz CL18 and 3200MHz CL16 offer identical overall latency. The higher frequency clearly provides greater bandwidth. Your data seems uncertain, but 3600MHz CL18 is unquestionably superior in any case. You likely don’t require more than 3200MHz, making the choice entirely up to you.

I visited my brothers place for a LAN setup and used a 3600MHz C18 chipset. No stuttering was noticed. He has a 11900K 3080 Ti and performed very smoothly across all components. Probably I’ll stick with the 3600MHz C18 since Intel seems to prioritize local, affordable options over other factors.

Yeah it's fine, and again, either way the total latency is the same. It's not a platform thing. Ryzen likes lower latency in general, but even if you had Ryzen, there'd still be no functional difference between these two kits as far as latency is concerned.
