You can use either Mod Organizer or Nexus to handle mods. Both are popular choices depending on your preferences.

MO2 is included by default, but you need to set up the mod sorter correctly. The order of sorting mods can be adjusted through the configuration settings.

For Skyrim, using Steam's workshop is simpler compared to other platforms. I faced issues with the Nexus Mod Manager before, but it functions better now. For Fallout 4, it worked smoothly. While Steam Workshop remains user-friendly, NMM offers additional features.
