In Skyrim, a character named Arngier asks you to shout for him, but the message reminds you you need Dragon Souls to activate it, and you already possess them.

It should have triggered the shout (Unrelenting Force) so you could use it.

I'm glad to hear that. It seems you were focusing on the right gear during the battle.

I’d prefer not to harm my 32:9 display.

One-shot Karstaag and the Ebony Warrior after three hits each unlock a powerful new spell named "Summon Monitor." It works in real life but is limited to a single use. Once leveled, burning it at level 18 locks you into a 17" Dell 1024x768 display.

It's meant to punish console leaders who call in the two toughest foes in the game at level 10 and destroy them both. You believe you're receiving a 32" 4K curved 144Hz ASUS screen, but instead you face a 40-pound CRT that crashes your setup, shatters your desk, and leaves you with a dull 240p image and the lingering scent of magic smoke each time you power it up.

The 1981 IBM PC sounds superior to a heavy 40-lb. CRT display.
