I've observed that my games have been running sluggishly lately. I've recorded my performance data for both CSGO and TF2, and I see frequent stuttering along with significant frame drops. My friends suspect a RAM problem, but I'm not entirely convinced. Although I'm not sure if this will help, I have more than 200 FPS in CSGO and use a 75 Hz monitor connected via HDMI. Whenever stutters occur, all related metrics drop: GPU usage, CPU usage, GPU SCLK and MCLK, GPU power, and FPS. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 2600, XFX RX580, 1x8GB RAM for CSGO and TF2 logs.

RAM might be constrained, but an additional 8GB stick could help. You might also consider using DDU and reinstalling the graphics driver to see if performance improves.

I don’t have built-in graphics or a separate machine for cleaning the drivers. Despite reinstalling and testing various graphics cards, I still face issues. Upgrading RAM might help, but are there other solutions you could consider?

Windows comes with a simple display driver that keeps working even after you wipe it. Check storage usage in Task Manager to see if it jumps to full while your PC slows down.
