The LED lights on your USB speaker activated when you connected your phone via front USB. You think the phone’s battery power is being drawn into the USB front panel, through the motherboard, and then into the USB port on the motherboard I/O. The PC is off, but you’re wondering if the back USB is using Power Delivery mode instead of standard USB 2.0. It seems unusual, doesn’t it? If it does occur, what should you do to fix it?
