I keep being bothered by an ex every single night on WhatsApp. They send weird stuff and call me at 3 or 4 AM using numbers from Poland, Iran, and other places. How can I stop this? It's been going too far. I ignored them for a month but they keep calling. Can I block their calls and messages by changing the country codes?
