You're experiencing music volume reduction when games or window notifications play on your Windows 10 system while using Spotify. To disable this, you'll need to adjust the settings in Spotify itself.

Right-click the sound icon in the icon tray, then select Playback Devices > Communications > Tick "Do Nothing". Give that a try.

I believe this resolves the issue:
Right Click the sound icon in the icon tray > Playback Devices > Communications > Tick "Do Nothing"
Give that a try
It was already on
