Sound similar to an HDD running on a CPU
What do you think, everyone? Any suggestions?
It's possible the CPU cooler might be loose. Attempt to remove it and resecure it.
I've already reapplied the cooling paste while I was working.
I might attempt to replace the motherboard to check if that's the issue.
