I own an astro a10 gen 1s without any problems before. Recently got a new 3070 ti and sometimes the audio becomes noisy or has static. I tried reinstalling drivers in safe mode using DDU, also disabled fast boot as some guides suggested it might be causing issues. I’m not sure what else to try next.

What port is connected to your device? Have you experimented with the 3.5mm jack on the back panel?

Hey, yes thats the one I use because if I use the front ones, my discord people can hear my game, super weird. I am wondering if my faulty power supply is the cause? I had another post where we narrowed down my PSU is faulty, so im currently waiting on a new one, could that be causing the audio issue too?

I'm facing a problem. Drivers didn't work after uninstalling with DDU in safe mode and reinstalling. A different headset caused no popping on another PC, suggesting a hardware or software issue. It might be related to an old motherboard or some malicious software. Recently installed MSI Kombustor and Unigine Superposition, but overclocking is paused due to a PSU swap. I tried searching online and found a possible fix—adjusted the driver percentage to 5. Testing now.

No successful outcomes found. Attempted to check processor status, disabled everything except headphones in Device Manager, and searched numerous solutions online, but nothing helped.

A faulty power supply could 100% cause that issue. The new GPU probably puts much more load on the PSU, and could be causing electromagnetic interference (EMI) which is easily picked up by integrated audio. I would wait for the new PSU before you try to troubleshoot further.
