I have a Dell S2716DG gaming monitor and I’m having trouble getting sound through my speakers. I’ve installed the chipset audio driver and plugged in the HD audio header, but nothing is coming out. I’m looking for assistance—please let me know if you need more details to help resolve this issue. Thanks!

Open the settings, search for cpl, press enter. Capture the Playback section screenshot. Is your display connected via HDMI?

You're using a DP cable and will be sending the picture now.

Right-click the top choice in that menu and select test—no sound appears. The display can adjust the volume up or down.

I attempted that and don’t detect any sound, yet the monitor shows 100% volume but no output.

Playing audio, a YouTube clip or background sound at maximum volume—do you notice any indicators shifting? (on the side of any output device)

Yes, there are volume controls on the monitor, typically located near the power switch.
