Title, when I call using the Microsoft phone link, the other person sometimes sounds unclear for a brief moment before they repeat themselves. This happens only briefly, not affecting calls with a headset. Any suggestions for improvement?

Confirming your setup: Are you connecting your computer's peripherals to place a call using your phone? Also, what is the quality of your Wi-Fi connection on the phone?

It appears PhoneLink is a Microsoft tool for connecting iPhones, possibly also supporting Android. Your device must be linked to the PC through Bluetooth for it to function, indicating the problem is likely with that connection.

It seems like you're troubleshooting a Bluetooth issue. If the device is a tower, does it include Wi-Fi antennas? For a laptop, have you downloaded the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website?

The PC includes an antenna connector you install at the rear, while all other wireless functions operate normally except for the phone connection.

Only actions we can genuinely recommend include clearing Bluetooth drivers, performing reinstalls, fixing PhoneLink issues, doing full Windows reinstalls, restarting the phone for updates, or simply replacing with a completely new Bluetooth adapter—perhaps an external one for testing.
