I recently updated Windows 10 on an old laptop, and everything functions properly except when using earphones—audio appears from both speakers and the earphones themselves aren’t recognized. I’ve already reinstalled drivers and tried troubleshooting, but the problem persists. A photo was attached showing the earphones connected but not displayed in playback devices.
