Observed unusual sounds emanating from my tower over the past couple of days. No recent changes to my equipment or position, so I'm uncertain about the source. Attempted to reset devices by unplugging and reconnecting, but it didn't resolve the issue. Considered a fan as a possibility; be aware you may need to increase volume to hear the intermittent beeping in the video. File attached: 20230619_200126.mp4

I think you're referring to the rhythmic clicking sound, similar to a heartbeat. It's likely caused by an inductor, and there aren't many solutions for that.

Do you possess any solid-state storage devices? There might be one that’s starting to malfunction. Consider removing the side cover and placing your ear close to the drive to determine if it’s the source of the sound.

I neglected to note that I lack any solid storage devices, only two SSDs. Eventually I removed the side cover in an attempt to capture better sound, but once I did that the disturbance ceased and hasn't returned.

Absolutely, that's what you heard. It seemed to fade away shortly after I shared it, so I'll keep an eye out for any return.

I think this inductor might be making that sound because the power runs at 60Hz. If those are the fans, you can try stopping them with your finger and check if the noise stops. It could be the fans, though they often make a louder, continuous sound or only happen when the PC starts up then fade away.
