Hello everyone, I've observed over the past few days that my audio drops in pitch unexpectedly. This is quite unusual. I'm using an M-Audio M Track 2 interface and have reinstalled the newest drivers along with standard troubleshooting steps. I searched Google for similar issues but didn't find any relevant posts. Could anyone here have experienced this or suggest other ways to investigate? Please let me know if you have more details. Thank you ahead!

It's worth checking by streaming directly from your motherboard. This can help determine if the problem lies with your audio interface.

I'm sorry to hear that. The issue is that I lack the correct cable, and my monitors need a 1/4" jack. It seems I could try using headphones instead.

When troubleshooting, first check if the issue involves software aspects like Windows or if it stems from hardware components such as your audio interface.

Sure thing. I’ll hold off until it comes around again (you’re right, that’s unlikely...). Appreciate the tip!
