Another update: I rolled back to Windows 10 but the problems persist. I've tested various audio output devices, yet the issue remains. The game's audio cuts out unexpectedly, and the Windows sound settings menu flickers when it happens. It seems like a hardware problem might be involved, but I'm not sure what could be causing it. Please help me figure this out.

I also tested a USB headset and an audio jack headset, but the same issues persisted. Could it be related to the motherboard, graphics card, or another problem?

Have you addressed the issue? I’m experiencing the same problem while playing Genshin Impact. It started after installing my new GPU (1650). I’m hoping you fixed it, since the audio cuts are really bothersome.
