Have you ever discovered the answer? I’m facing the same problem, and it doesn’t seem like anyone else is discussing it outside of this message.

I think he’s using NVIDIA Broadcast for streaming? If so, I don’t have a solution either. All those suggestions about disabling virtual audio and boosting the GPU clock with precision X1 seem useless. I turned off all sound devices—both virtual and real, except my main PCIe sound card. I’m currently running a game that uses almost all the GPU. But NVIDIA Broadcast is causing terrible audio issues. The only workaround left is to use OBS. This problem has been ongoing for quite some time.
