Here is my list of computer parts: I have a processor called Core i5 running at about 2.9 gigahertz, connected to an Intel graphics card that can handle up to 4600 pixels per second. My operating system is Windows 10, and the whole thing comes in the form of a Pavilion 23 model.

You can't make your CPU run faster or overclock it. You also can't change the BIOS settings to do that either. What you really need is to clean up Windows so things feel snappier. Turn off Xbox DVR and game helpers, shut down Cortana, and stop using the Windows Store if you don't need it. Just clear your cache, remove old temp files, and delete junk stuff. Also, close programs like Steam or Origin when they aren't in use to make your PC run smoother.

no prebuilt without a special GPU card, and I believe that to be false.

You can't overclock anything here because the CPU is locked and the motherboard isn't allowed to handle speed boosts either. Even your BIOS won't let you go over limits. So the only thing you can do is clean up Windows settings like turning off Xbox DVR, Game Helper, Cortana, and shutting down the Store. Also, run system file cleanup tasks to remove old cache, temporary files, junk data from other programs, and stop running unnecessary background apps such as Steam or Origin when they aren't needed.
