Hey everyone, we're facing a serious issue with our Sophos AV. After a major software update, it's starting to malfunction—especially when launching apps on Windows. It keeps showing an error about the SOPHOS~1.DLL not being compatible. I checked the forums and support docs, but they suggest updating Windows or installing specific KB files. However, I can't install both at the same time, and even after downloading the correct installer for my system, it still says the update isn't compatible. Any guidance would be incredibly helpful. You need to update your service pack 1. Then try to install that kb files. There is a another solution also. But need to confirm
