System: AMD 1100T @ 3.7GHz turbo, 4GHz DDR3 12GB RAM at 1600MHz MSI R9 280X gaming OSZ Vertex 4, 120GB SSD + Baracuda 3TB SATA 6 Pro Power Corsair TX850. I'm using it to run a Sony Vegas 13, but GPU usage stays around 15-20%, which doesn't significantly affect rendering speed. I've watched a few YouTube tutorials on setup, but it seems my computer still relies mostly on the CPU. Please assist.
I also tried it and ran into the same issue, but Adobe Premiere Pro works smoothly.
