Try turning off IPv6 to make sure you only have one network adapter working. Don't enable both wired and wireless adapters at once. Open "ipconfig /all" and check what it says, like 192.168.0.1 which is probably your router's address (Gateway). This isn't the default IP for everyone; some routers use 192.168.1.1 instead. Check out these links for more info: Event Viewer and Reliability History. Getting good at using Event Viewer takes time, so don't rush. Instead, check your Reliability History first to see what's working right now. Take a picture of everything running well before anything goes wrong. Then ask a friend to log in after you restart the computer if it crashes. Go back to Reliability History and look for new error codes or warnings that happened right before or at the crash time. Take another picture and send me those results so I can see what's going on. Check the details carefully, even if they don't seem helpful at first glance.
So that is kind of strange, everything looks okay here and your ethernet port actually works fine or it couldn't find the router. What happens if you type your router's IP address (192.168.0.1) into a web browser? The DNS settings are weird but if wowway.com is your internet provider then it should be okay... it just feels like they have the same problem with the cell company from china, huawei, that has gotten in trouble with the government. I doubt that's the issue though, you could change the DNS setting for your IP address to something like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 instead. Usually, DNS settings from an ISP can be unstable but it doesn't make sense for a connection coming into your machine... I wrote this yesterday and didn't hit post by accident 🙁
