Sometimes I get wiped from my computer while it's running, even though nothing wrong happened before that moment.
Hi everyone, sometimes my computer decides to log me out of Windows and send me back to the login screen all by itself. It usually happens right when I'm playing a game or while I'm just browsing the internet. This thing is happening about four or five times every single day. I've only had this PC for one week. The hardware is an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x, 32GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200Mhz on a MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 motherboard, paired with a Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD, a graphics card called an RTX 3060 Ti, and some cooling fans. The software is Windows 11, which is all current. I've already turned off power-saving features like sleep mode completely. Could anybody please give me some ideas on how to fix this? Thanks so much!
After you sign out, can you log back in right away without any issues? Check Reliability History/Monitor or Event Viewer. Either tool might show an error, warning, or notice just before or at the time of a random logout. Another spot to check is in your router's logs (if they have them and are turned on). What kind of router do you have, and who has full admin rights? You'll need their help for that part.
