Hey there, looking for some guidance on this problem!
About two days ago we had to cut power because an electrician was working on the system, and I made sure to shut down everything properly beforehand. After restarting my PC for a while (and then again after a few weeks since I’ve been putting it to sleep to keep research open), when I start most games I’m only getting 10-15fps instead of the hundreds I used to see. The GPU fan isn’t blowing as much as it usually does. I haven’t overclocked my CPU or GPU. I just updated the Nvidia drivers and Windows, reinstalled the graphics drivers via the Nvidia app with a clean install, but nothing worked. Most games are affected—some like Warframe, Dead by Daylight, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Oblivion Remaster are struggling, while Vampire Survivors and Team Fortress 2 seem fine. I’ve also tried switching Warframe and DBD between versions 12 and 11 without success.
Here’s a screenshot of HWInfo when Warframe was running with a frame reader, and I’m saving my files to a portable hard drive just in case I need a full reset later.

I attempted a userbenchmark test but it reported the server was full and I don’t have the funds for a professional upgrade right now. I’ll keep trying and add this as an edit if I manage to complete it.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
For Driver v 576.40, start DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD and Nvidia). Then install drivers version 566.36 manually and check if stability returns.
Please note the specifications of your PSU – make, model, and age.

The BIOS version F17b isn’t available, likely because it was replaced for stability reasons. You have pending BIOS updates. Flash to the latest.

The BIOS version you have is not listed, which suggests a recent replacement due to instability. Update your BIOS and flash it with the latest version.
Thank you, I'll give them a shot. I've revised my post to include my model of PSU.
Your issue is now fixed. I updated my bios to version F20g, entered safe mode, used DDU to clean and uninstall drivers, then installed the latest Nvidia 3080 drivers.
For future updates, I recommend following Nvidia's guidance: use their official app for driver management and keep updating according to their instructions. Alternatively, monitor a reliable source for the most stable driver version and update there as it changes.
