I recently assembled a new PC. Most of the time it fails to boot, and the VGA display stays white. Occasionally it boots properly. There are instances where even after a successful boot, the system crashes. Restarting with a white display seems to resolve the issue most of the time, though I’m certain there’s something amiss with the machine.

Specs:
Asus Rog B650A wifi
AMD 7600X
GIGABYTE 4070 AERO
CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 2X16GB 5600
CORSAIR MX850
SAMSUNG M2 980 2TB
NZXT KRAKEN AIO 360.
(Two monitors are connected, but it doesn’t appear to be the source when only one is used)

GPU or MoBo problem.
Consider these options:
#1 Use the second PCI-E x16 slot for your GPU.
#2 Try with the second, which is known to work for GPUs.
If neither of these works, try with the second, which is known to work for MoBo.
