Something weird with my Windows 11 / Ryzen 5 5600X Hi all! Recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) the last 3 cores of processor stopped loading almost completely, no matter what load I was doing (in the screenshot - rendering video in premiere pro), in games the situation is similar. I have Windows 11 22H2 22631.900 The motherboard is Gigabyte B450M S2H, BIOS F64A Processor - Ryzen 5 5600X, PBO enabled Power scheme - high performance. Interesting fact, but on ubuntu the core loading is correct, so something is probably in the system.

Reinstall Windows or perform a rollback. Also, dism/scan before proceeding https://www.minitool.com/data-recovery/c...-dism.html

Neither the dismissal nor the scan provided any assistance.

It would be best to get a fresh installation of Windows 10.

The F64A is in beta; the standard F64 version was released ten days prior. Are you installing the newest chipset drivers straight from AMD?

I aim to upgrade the BIOS to version F64. I’m using the most recent chipset drivers obtained straight from the AMD website.

It seems you might have turned off the core features while adjusting Windows settings. You could have modified the registry, utilized a system tweak tool, or changed power plan settings to unlock certain options that weren’t usually accessible.

Noteworthy observation, adjusting msconfig to 10 or 11 cores shows typical load, yet disabling or changing it to 12 replicates the load shown in the image.

I installed Windows using an ISO file and the system is functioning properly again.
