I've asked this many times before, but I still don't get accurate answers. My new cooler is giving me 60 degrees on idle with my Hyper 212 Evo, and I have an OC on it with 4.0Ghz on my X4 860k. I think the voltage might be too high, and lowering it could help with the heat, but I'm not sure how to adjust it on the motherboard—I have an A68HK. Please let me know what to do.

the base clock was 3.70GHZ, but my voltage is around 1.5000, but I didn’t adjust it, and I think I should lower it, as it might be causing overheating.

If the factory voltage is 1.5, you shouldn't reduce it. Which CPU cooler do you own?
