So I was checking out ASUS's ROG site and got bored, so I looked at world record overclocking. I saw that image after clicking "world records" and it really confused me. How could someone run two Xeons with multipliers locked without overclocking them? I don’t have any overclocking experience, but I know that Xeons with a 2 in front of their numbers (like 2689 v3) have their multipliers fixed. Can someone clarify this confusing situation before it gets too wild?
