Your cursor appears misaligned because the resolution settings don’t match. In Steam, adjust your display settings to match the recording resolution (1440p) and ensure the input device is set correctly. Also, check if the game or app is using a different scaling profile.

I access the NVIDIA control panel, navigate to 3D settings, then toggle on DSR factors enabling 1.78x scaling. In settings resolution I choose 1440p.

I resolved the issue but now I need lunch from the external source. Just opened the executable and checked the compatibility settings—system scaling was turned off.
