She wants to reinstall Windows but lacks the disk or expertise for USB installation. I notice an option in Windows 8 called "Remove everything and reinstall Windows." Does this process need a disk or an ISO file? They haven’t explained clearly, and I don’t want to risk damaging her computer.

Obtain a USB drive and the Windows 8 ISO file. Access the download link provided: http://x.chip.de/intern/dl/?url=http%3A%...taller|e50 Then configure the USB drive using the mentioned tool.

The issue is that I’m not available to assist. I faced many challenges installing Windows with a USB drive, especially because she only has one computer.

That's the correct choice for her. Download a USB drive using the Microsoft tool, then use TeamViewer to complete the process and click the desired item. It works once you click on it.
