I had these components: R5 3600x, B550 Aorus Pro AC, two 8GB GSKILL Ripjaws 5 drives, MSI 2060 Ventus OC, CX650 80+ Bronze. After replacing the 2060 with an EVGA 3070 FTW3, my PC wouldn’t turn on at all—no fans, even when I switched back. I changed the motherboard to an MSI B550M Pro VDHI Wi-Fi. It started up but would crash and reboot repeatedly. I accessed Windows a few times but it would also restart. Now I can’t reach the BIOS at all. I bought an RMA850 80+ Gold, but it behaves the same with both power supplies. Please help me, I’m really stuck.

Possible issue might stem from a faulty BIOS update on the new motherboard, or it could indicate a hardware problem with the motherboard itself.

Remove the casing and clean the interior completely. Start assembling the components one by one onto the motherboard enclosure.
