Hey Linus, what’s going on with these new Z790 motherboards? They seem to not recognize hard drives even though they work on other boards. I’ve got two in hand—one looks fine but has cracked tracks, while the other is solid. I’m a tech guy who’s been learning this over 45 years, and it’s really confusing. I’m planning to reach out to Gigabyte tomorrow.

You mentioned another issue but didn't give enough details for assistance. To proceed, please share your motherboard model, hard drive specs, and other relevant info. I know multiple hard drives work well with Z790 boards.
