When using the snipping tool, saving the image to your desktop only appears after refreshing the desktop view. On the desktop, downloading the picture directly shows it immediately. What’s the solution? 2. My card reader is listed in Task Manager under Devices, and all entries appear in the Performance tab. How can I hide those devices in the Performance section?

Quick fix: Clear the thumbnail cache or turn off the device in Device Manager.

Tried it but nothing changed. It only appears in Snipping Tool; worked with other programs that offer internal screenshots. It doesn’t happen often, so it’s not a major issue. I even saw this issue on Windows 10 forums back in 2016, but no one had a solution. I’d enable it whenever needed, probably checking Task Manager.
