Initial screens often appear black with faint pixels before playback restarts. This issue seems linked to your network setup—switching to Ethernet recently didn’t resolve it. Could be related to the connection stability or device configuration.

Open a browser that runs on Windows 10. Check for any recently installed drivers, programs, or add-ons. Confirm if flash updates were applied.

Check compatibility with another browser. According to my understanding, W10 works well in Edge but not in other browsers.

It didn't open the same way as on Chrome because it didn’t start automatically. When I tried to click it, nothing appeared and I had to restart the video again. Probably not the browser issue since it didn’t load properly at all.
