Windows 10 is quite unstable. It required several months to fix issues with drivers and manually load .inf files. Installing older Windows drivers in compatibility mode was necessary for my laptop. Windows Vista performs better than 10 on my machine, while the desktop works just fine.

It seems the 8350 chip is quite outdated, and the motherboard from around 2012 is also aging. Five years might be enough time for issues to arise. Or perhaps a component simply stopped working?
