They stated nothing on both the MB website (ASUS) and from Realtek themselves.

Verified the output source. The standard sound setting could have been altered. Adjust it via the volume icon, then click Playback Devices and pick the audio output.

Also no response at all when trying to connect the jack plug or unplug. Looks like this model: Asus Sabertooth 990 FX Rev 1

I tried, but the jacksticks don’t detect any plug or unplug. I also can’t recall if the audio window appeared in that way, nor if the playback devices had headphones turned on.
