Some users report issues with Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra audio playback.
I recently assembled a new machine using the X570 Aorus ultra board with a 3900X integrated, and everything appears to function properly except for audio quality. The Realtek drivers from Realtek HD Audio Driver (Note) are compatible with Windows 10 version 1909. [6.0.8854.1] 19.37 MB dated 2019/12/10 and also verified that the Realtek Audio Driver (Note) is supported for Windows 10 version 1903. [6.0.8688.1] 18.64 MB dated 2019/06/14, which was the only option listed on the Gigabytes site. The installation process begins with four steps: first uninstalling existing drivers, then rebooting, followed by installing new ones and finally rebooting again. However, it only proceeds to uninstallation and rebooting repeatedly without completing any of the steps. After some time, I stopped the system, and occasionally a Windows message prompted me to reboot due to updates. Sometimes I see "sound" in YouTube videos, but it sounds distorted. When playing games, especially for events like Moments in PubG, the audio becomes unreliable, making it hard to hear players. It’s becoming increasingly urgent for assistance. Best regards.
