Hi everyone, I've faced this problem for some time now. While streaming on Twitch, the lag often varies and makes watching challenging. Until recently, upgrading to a laptop with an AX200 WiFi card helped resolve it. Since then, everything works smoothly even at places with very slow internet connections. The new laptop is currently unavailable, so I'm using one of the older models—either mine or a family member's. These include Intel 7260 and 7265 chipsets (HP Omen 15; i7-4710HQ; GTX 860M; 16GB RAM & HP Pavilion; i7-8550U; GTX MX150; 8GB RAM). Both support 'ac' but the router only shows 'n', and my speeds stay between 50-80Mbps on Speedtest. My phone, a Xiaomi Mi A1, doesn't show the issue either, though I don’t know its network details. I usually stream without stuttering and chat afterward, which isn’t ideal. The router isn’t utilizing 'ac' or 'ax' standards, even though these cards work well on networks that reach around 10Mbps. Could there be a setting adjustment I can make to improve performance on these devices? Thanks!
