It seems you're asking about a USB port issue. After a year, you still haven't found a solution. Your port is only on the front case ports, and you've tried reconnecting the header without success.

I attempted to reposition the motherboard and checked for any hidden current issues, but discovered none. However, when I connected the PC to a socket without grounding, I observed current flowing across all components—except the case itself, which is painted but still shows traces on the board and USB ports. This behavior seems unusual. After trying this, the slow USB speeds persisted, and even the AMD support rep abruptly ended the call. Is this typical?
