They’re quite outdated, but your USB ports should still work.

They're merely chipset drivers.

Checked drivers recently and saw no chipset support listed. My system still has the drivers installed, but they can't be found.

You might want to try installing the chipset drivers and check if that improves things. It could also simplify the long list of system devices. Test it out. If it doesn’t work, it may point to faulty or damaged USBs. Such issues are rare, but they can occur. I’ve also noticed fake USB 3 ports being sold online, often just blue-colored USB 2.0 devices. That’s not important.

I updated the chipset drivers but didn’t see any changes. I installed them from the motherboard’s site (cleared registry before each try) yet nothing improved. Booted into safe mode—still nothing. Everything was working perfectly before, but now my USB controller is acting strange, the Bluetooth receiver isn’t performing well, and USB drives aren’t working at all. They function fine on other systems and with other devices.

I'm dealing with a Corsair model and a Gigabyte Aorus B450M motherboard. From verified sellers, it seems there should be no counterfeit connectors.

Describing the performance of a USB drive (front and rear ports): The data transfer begins at 1MBps, reaches a maximum of 24MBps, and varies continuously between 15 and 16MBps.

Yes, that should work fine. My device behaves similarly at times, sometimes worse, based on the USB devices connected. It’s located on the front panel. The issue might be excessive voltage from USB ports, causing a buzzing sound. This could result from the board or ports receiving extra power. Often it occurs when the motherboard makes contact with the case, creating static. You might need to reposition the front USB ports, even though they’re all on the board. For your setup where all ports are affected, verify the motherboard’s alignment. If a single standoff is incorrect, it could also affect power delivery to the case. If you have time, test using the board and PC outside the case. If the problem persists, contact RMA for a faulty USB connection.

Hold up, I recently did switched rooms and cleaned the PC (Had to do some heatsink work). I was waiting on an extension chord, so for the meantime, I plugged the setup in a socket without grounding and I noticed current on my USB ports (Got shocked while plugging peripherals, so tested out with a tester). Could that be the whole issue? Also, as far as I remember, I didnt have any such problems prior to switching rooms....

I'm sure I'll attempt that once my semester exams are over... Although RMA might not be an option in the worst scenario... Since this is my first build, I wasn't aware that motherboard cases need to be stored... It was large and I discarded it ;-;
