The cursor often stutters every 2 to 10 seconds, lasting a few seconds. I've attempted to reinstall drivers, switch USB ports, use different cables for the dongle, and even changed my mouse. This suggests a software or internal hardware problem. I'm uncertain where to begin except with a clean Windows install, but I prefer avoiding that option.

Another problem that seems to occur together is my headphones becoming robotic, usually coinciding with the mouse stuttering. I typically wait a few seconds and it resumes, though sometimes I need to unplug and replug my DAC.

System details:
Mouse: Steelseries Aerox 9 wireless
Headset: Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless
Processor: Intel I7-13700KF
GPU: PNY RTX 3070ti
Memory: Gigabyte Z790 UD AC
Storage: x2 16GB TForce Delta 3600 MT/S DDR5
Drive: Samsung 1TB M.2

If you have any additional information, please share so I can assist promptly.

What operating system are you using? What is the BIOS version for your motherboard right now? Also, what is the make and model of your power supply unit and how old is it? You might want to try reinstalling your chipset drivers for your system in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I'm using Windows 11.
Uncertain about the BIOS version I have, but I'm sure it's up to date with Gigabyte Control Center.
Power supply is a High Power 850w 80+ gold.
I'll attempt the chipset drivers after work tomorrow. Thanks for the advice!

Have you verified the Device Manager app and its Properties, Power Management section for all devices? Make sure the "Allow the computer to turn off this device" option is enabled. Also, check the Control Panel Power Options to confirm the USB Selective Suspend setting is turned off.

It appears the issue has lessened, though it continues to happen roughly every minute.
