I’m not sure if this will be a solution. Please share your thoughts. I recently downloaded my iTunes library, and it functions adequately—though not flawlessly. A few years back (around 2020), I purchased the entire Doctor Who collection from Matt Smith to Peter Capaldi. Never managed to stream an episode on PC without it turning into a slideshow. It’s odd, especially for this show across multiple computers. The other programs aren’t perfect either; they freeze every couple of minutes. Still, they’re watchable at least. - sort of. Doctor Who can freeze for up to 30 seconds on one frame. It works okay on Mac, though my Mac damaged my 3D TV. Right now I’m using MakeMKV to extract my DVD collection (including the new one) but haven’t replaced the Peter Capaldi version yet. I just hope someone has a converter that actually works, since none have so far. Oh wow, the converters seem to function, but they don’t work with iTunes DRM. I’ll guess it’s been significantly improved recently. Just want to enjoy the content I paid for. Thanks for reading!

Your PC is my gaming rig and is powerful, while my Mac is decent but not ideal for gaming—it’s intended as a digital audio workstation.
