Far Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity had unofficial patches made by players that let you run on older hardware like the Pentium. These files are not easy to locate since Ubisoft is working hard to remove them, but they still exist somewhere online.
Unity faced similar issues, and there were no reports of problems with Syndicate.
You can technically play almost any game on it. It seems you might need some software to make the games think you're using a quad-core processor. I’m not sure if it works well or not, since I haven’t tried it myself. For instance, Far Cry 4 won’t start without at least a quad-core, even though an i3 has been shown to be sufficient in the past.
