It's quite alike to what I'm hearing, but different from the fan or cable noises—specifically that buzzing sound in the clip. Let me know if you'd like me to check it out.

I don't hear any humming. From the ticking/clicking video I hear what sounds like bad ball bearings and the constant whooshing sound air. Sometimes you get a odd or bad fan that may sound different as the RPM changes.

Sure, I understand what @alyen mentioned. It seems like the issue might be with the fan bearings, and it's just a minor annoyance.

The machine isn't functioning properly, not just a single noise. It matches the description of the fan bearing issue mentioned by @alyen.

Hey @filpo! The setup is functioning nicely. However, in scenarios like MW2 or AC mode, turning off the speakers can cause a faint humming noise from the back of the PC. By leaning your head toward the lower side halfway between the PSU and the sound source, you can hear it more clearly. It sounds similar to how coolers make a louder rev when they speed up, but in a much softer way.

The PC case uses a Cooler Master Masterbox MB511 cooler with six fans; four of them were included in the box, but I've already verified they're not the issue.

It seems the fan bearings might be the issue. Try disconnecting the fan and observe if the noise diminishes.

It’s understandable to be cautious about affecting the power supply unit directly. Leaving it alone is usually fine unless there are signs of damage or overheating. The risk is minimal if everything appears normal.
