You're experiencing performance issues in GTA V on your PC, especially with loading textures and visuals appearing blurry. This can be caused by high system load or insufficient resources. Try optimizing your settings, closing unnecessary programs, and ensuring your graphics drivers are up to date. If the problem persists, consider upgrading your RAM or switching to a more powerful graphics card.

Check if the drive is present and whether your operating system uses the same hard drive. This issue usually stems from slow storage performance. The solution is to upgrade to faster storage. Could you share your specifications?

I encountered a similar problem once, and upgrading the CPU resolved it. Could using an SSD help or adjusting the settings work better?

I own a setup with two Intel Xeon 5130 processors, GT 710 models, 2GB DDR3 memory, a 2GB SSD, Kingston storage, and Windows 10 Home.

Sorry, it seems the page loaded a bit late. If the game is already running on the Sata SSD, you might want to consider upgrading your processing power. I think the number two next to the Xeon suggests a dual-CPU configuration, but it only has four cores total and feels slow by 2020 standards. The graphics card is also quite basic. I’m a little surprised the game actually launches for you...

The system may struggle to load textures quickly.

I used this computer for a short time and don’t recognize it. Are there any adjustments or changes you could make to resolve the issue?
