Following my recent purchase of a GTX 1050 Ti, I encountered an issue a few days later: I was unable to launch my Steam games, which were previously functioning correctly. I haven’t made any changes and I'm hoping for assistance from others.

Attempt a fresh Steam installation as previously recommended. Secure your SteamLibrary folder by creating a copy elsewhere; this protects your games if any issues arise, though it typically won’t be necessary.

After making that backup, remove all content from Steam aside from steam.exe and the steamapps folder.

Then, start Steam to initiate the file re-download process.

Alternatively, you can check for corrupted game files within Steam.

Try reinstalling Steam.
Is there nothing else to do?

It appears this isn’t concerning steam.
Were you able to re-install your graphics drivers following the update?
You are not utilizing GeForce Experience.
https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Complete the required information.
Execute the driver installer with elevated privileges and choose “custom install” while ensuring a clean installation is performed.

Attempt a fresh Steam installation as recommended. Create a backup of your Steam\steamapps folder to an alternate location; this will safeguard your games if any issues arise. Following the backup, remove all contents from Steam except for steam.exe and steamapps. Then, initiate Steam to re-download the necessary files.
Alternatively, verify game files within Steam.
