The icons that need you to press alt or shift while typing often behave inconsistently on my laptop. Buttons 1-4 and 7-0 function correctly, whereas 5% and 6& don’t. If I type a number without any changes and then press the symbol, it works, but starting with a letter before writing the symbol causes problems. On some web pages, when I open a tester site, the modifier keys are logged but the number key isn’t recorded when combined. It appears to switch on and off unpredictably. I’ve updated Windows and checked the BIOS, removed the keyboard driver, and restarted, but it doesn’t seem to be related to language settings. If this is important, could you let me know a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro model? Before going all out with a full reinstall?

I think I'll reinstall next weekend. I need to figure out whether to use a USB drive or not...

I performed a full system reinstall, but it seems the same problem is happening again. It feels odd—like the hardware might be the cause. Is there anything unusual about the behavior?
