Additionally, it doesn't appear they limit specific sites clearly—it seems governed by some policy or traffic rules. Floatplane also isn't throttled, and it performed better than roughly one-third of the speed tests I ran. On Shadow, you can switch between TCP and UDP connections. Using UDP usually results in a blank screen, but with TCP you receive a static image until bandwidth restrictions cause freezing.
It's possible I've observed mobile ISPs applying various throttling methods to TCP and UDP data streams.
I won’t use any internal tools. Just make sure your cloud PC works as expected.
