My internet goes very slow when I plug in an Ethernet cable. It works fine with Wi-Fi. Some sites like YouTube take a long time to load. Other sites also have slow parts. My speed test on Ookla shows 300 mbps for both download and upload. I tried changing the port, swapping the cable, restarting my network card, updating the driver software for my motherboard, and using different settings. None of these fixes worked.
