Other suggestions would be helpful.
1. Should I purchase a new PSU to GPU cable since reviews mention it’s prone to breaking? Must I stick to the same brand? What length should I choose, thinking it’s a 16-pin connector?
2. Should I build it on a wooden desk with a carpet floor for better access to the PC while following tutorials?
3. I’m still unsure about what to include on a flash drive for installing Windows and necessary software.
4. What options are there for cable management?

I rely on velcro ties or zip ties for cable management. Choose what feels most comfortable for you. Some setups offer more chances for this than others.

Visit the Microsoft website and find their "Media Creation Tool." That should suffice for installing Windows, provided you have a valid activation license. Transfer the software to a USB flash drive with a minimum capacity of 8 GB.

Next, head to the motherboard manufacturer's site and download the appropriate drivers for your specific board—especially the NIC (Ethernet) driver. Save them on a USB drive. The Windows installation will automatically add many drivers, so you might not need the ones you downloaded, though having them handy is a good idea.
