I own a Logitech F310 controller which I previously utilized for gaming on my computer. It functioned adequately for approximately one year; however, recently I've observed malfunctions in certain games, including instances where buttons were unresponsive or incorrectly mapped. The controller operated flawlessly with these titles prior to this issue arising spontaneously. I’ve been diligently searching for a resolution for an extended period. I attempted utilizing x360ce without success. When I acquired Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice today, the gamepad continued to malfunction. I also tested my older Xeox controller and a PlayStation 4 controller with both DS4 Windows drivers – none of these resolved the problem. I’ve installed Logitech Gaming Software as well, but it hasn't provided any relief. I experimented with X input and D input settings. Specifically in Sekiro and Sonic All Stars racing Transformed, only the directional pads responded, while in Super Meat Boy, the B and A buttons were reversed. Furthermore, within Sekiro, the controller offered no functionality within the game’s menus. Despite troubleshooting the controllers, updating drivers, and researching numerous online forums and YouTube tutorials, I have been unable to locate a viable solution. Are there any further steps I could take?

Consider removing the device from Device Manager and attempting a reinstall of your chipset and USB drivers. Afterward, install the appropriate drivers and applications for your controller. What version of Windows 10 are you utilizing? I’m presuming Windows 10 as it wasn't specified.

Kindly provide your system details such as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

And check if switching to different USB ports resolves the issue. Is your motherboard running the most recent BIOS version?
