My two mice are acting up, so something seems broken with my system. Both a Razer Viper Mini and another normal mouse have the same issue. I play PUBG on PC and the mouse movement feels strange when I try to spray. Even after swapping all the ports, both mice feel less responsive now because they probably aren't working at their best. But I only want to use my new Razer Viper Mini. When I plug them together—one in USB 2.0 and one in USB 3.0—the combination works better than before. The spray feels a little smoother otherwise, but without that setup, the two mice behave very strangely while playing games or using them for spraying.

Mostly, I don't suggest having two mice working together all day.

Hey dude, it's usually way harder with just one mouse plugged in. But when I plug in two at the same time things actually come out much smoother.

So if you end up with a driver clash, it's really not a good idea to use two mouses on the exact same PC.
